Ericsson: We are the only "Ericsson Authorised Service Centre (EASC)" in Vietnam Ericsson Authorised Customer Care Centres ("Service Points") for Ericsson are VMS (Hanoi and HCMC), FPT (HCMC), Dong Nam (NT&T, HCMC), and Tung Shing (HCMC). Our Service Agents are VinaPhone and TDC. Motorola: We are furthermore authorised by Motorola and will start warranty services for Motorola Mobile Phones shortly. How do we provide our service? If you need advise, or are not sure, whether your phone is damaged: Call our Hotline: 090 - 3.4.5.6.7.8.9. If your phone is damaged: Just bring your phone to our Service Centres: "Nha Bao Hanh" in 151 Chua Boc, Dong Da, Hanoi. "Nha Bao Hanh" in 112 Hung Vuong, P4, Q5, HCMC. Or bring your phone to one of our Service Agents. What kinds of services do we provide? Warranty Repairs: For all Siemens Phones and all Ericsson Phones, that were sold via an authorised distributor we provide free warranty repairs on behalf of and according to the regulations of the respective manufacturers. Out-Of-Warranty Repairs: For damages, that are not covered by warranty (e.g. after warranty time or user's negligence) we provide our two Service Programs: "First Quality" and "Second Choice" (pls. call for details). Tests and Refurbishments: If you want to sell or buy a phone second hand, we can - test your phone with our GSM test equipment and issue a certificate with the test results. - replace all outside parts, that show wear and tear, like casings, keypads etc., with ORIGINAL SPARES so that the phone looks again like "shining new" Software Updates and Unlocking: If there is new Software available for your phone or you locked your phone accidentally: We have the tools to help you!
